Students enrolled at Adami Music Academy may receive up to four Make-Up Opportunities per calendar year for missed lessons. Make-ups are provided through our Group Studio Classes.

 

The number of Make-Up Opportunities available to new students is based on the month in which they enroll:

    January–April: up to 4 Make-Up Opportunities.

    May–August: up to 3 Make-Up Opportunities.

    September–December: up to 2 Make-Up Opportunities.

 

Unused Make-Up Opportunities do not carry over and cannot be exchanged for refunds or tuition credits.

 

To qualify for a Make-Up Opportunity, the student or parent/guardian must notify Adami Music Academy at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled lesson. Providing notice of an absence does not automatically guarantee a make-up and does not result in a refund or tuition credit.

 

After timely notice is received, the student/parent will receive an email with instructions to complete the Studio Class Request Form. Once the form is submitted, the student will be scheduled for an available Group Studio Class. 

 

Once a make-up date has been scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another Group Studio Class. If the student is unable to attend the scheduled make-up, the Make-Up Opportunity will be considered used. It is the student/parent’s responsibility to ensure availability for the scheduled Group Studio Class.

 

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or no notice is provided, the lesson will be considered a regular missed lesson. The lesson will be charged and will not be eligible for a make-up, refund, or credit.

 

Once all available Make-Up Opportunities have been used, any additional student absences will be charged and will not be eligible for a make-up, refund, or credit.
